Develop CHI is launching wellness Centers integrated into mixed-use redevelopment projects designed to revitalize communities through measurable increases to health in multiple dimensions. Develop CHI is a minority-owned impact company leveraging its affordable housing and renewable energy projects to reduce costs and increase access to Revitalize CHI centers.
Our goal is to address root causes, not just symptoms. The suite of therapies and amenities in Revitalize CHI centers, paired with our evidence-based approach to individual health and wellness, are designed to boost immunity, reduce chronic stress, and pain by increasing nervous system regulation. Our staff are cross-trained in multiple healing and fitness modalities, and strive to help everyone who enters a Revitalize CHI center achieve better health.
This holistic approach allows CHI residents, community members, and visitors to experience and utilize wellness activities they typically cannot access in one location, amplifying and extending time spent in a parasympathetic nervous state.
